Nate was able to schedule me the day I called. He was courteous, calling me twice to let me know when he'd be there, and fixed our clogged toilet very quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely use Nates Plumbing again!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I somehow kept using this company Heat Depot which changed its name to One Source. I think because they said we were on a special savings plan with them.Whenever they came for system check ups they always found an over priced part that needed to be replaced. Every part was over priced.Technician came to do tune up and broke off the drip pan tube to our HVAC. They then had to replace the entire drip pan underneath the AC coils which meant taking out the whole thing. Yes, I am sure I am not calling these parts the correct names.The AC then worked for only 6-8 hrs. The refrigerant wasn't charged anymore and the technician who came back just filled it back up WITHOUT checking for leaks. The AC worked for about 6-8 hours and they sent a different technician who found the refrigerant/freon leak, fixed it, and we never let them come back after it was finally fixed.I give them 2 stars for coming back and fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend this company.

While I was deployed to Qatar, my wife called Olsen plumbing to fix a sewage smell in our basement. They came out, ran a snake, did something called a smoke test, charged us $446.50, and the sewage smell is still there. Bottom line, they charged us over $400 to fix nothing.

I made a claim through my home warranty for issues with my garbage disposal. They said to expect a call from Team Plumbing. I was very impressed with Team Plumbing's quick response. Within 5 minutes of making the claim, Chris from Team Plumbing called me and said he could be at my house within 45 minutes. He showed up within his stated time frame and was very polite, professional, and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave me tips on how to use it to keep it working properly. (For others that may not know, garbage disposals have a reset button.) I highly recommend Chris from Team Plumbing for your garbage disposal needs.
