Best Floor Drain in Colorado Springs CO

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

My uncle had a backed up pipe. We called a different company who told us they couldn’t work on pipes in the cold? I called advantage sewer and drain and got an appointment for the very next day! Josh arrived on time and was amazing! He was very friendly and professional and was able to find the cause of the clog. Roots... he had all the equipment there and just took care of it right then! It’s hard to know who to trust when looking for professional help and I feel lucky to have found them! They will definitely be my go to if ever needed again!

Came out to repair a leaky valve which required a new 1 inch piece of copper pipe. Installed a pvc water line from main water line to refrigerator ice maker. Invoice from day one inspection and fixing copper pipe was $96 dollars less than what I ended up paying when they came back to finish the job by installing the water line. Told me that parts adjusted the cost even though all parts were known about the day of the original estimate. Didn’t get a very good answer when I asked why the cost was so different between the two invoices. This company has affordable in their name but I feel that they ripped me off. I do not recommend the use of this plumbing company.

From the first call I was impressed with alphalete plumbing. I did call several plumbers and this ne stood out as a good possibility. In the end, I am glad I connected with them.

Mercedes and she set up a call from one of the installers. Diego promptly called and gave me more information and we set up the install the next day. He arrived at the arraigned time and completed the job quickly and professionally. As an added value, he installed an expansion tank to help the water heater to last longer. From my research this was a good addition and I am glad he included it. The price quoted did not change because of the expansion tank.

After the install we talked and Diego answered all my questions and offered to come by if there was a need and he would take care of it. I sensed an honest desire to do an exceptional job and to back his work. He was not rushed and made sure I was satisfied.

There is no doubt that I will call them for all of my plumbing needs. The staff are friendly, professional and honest. If you are looking for a good experience in a water heater install or any other plumbing need you can depend on a professional job well done by Alphalete Plumbing.Oh by the way, they were also a great price as well!!!

The technician David, had worked on my house before. I explained what I needed and David and his helper got to work. They got done they went above and beyond. This is the way Affordable has always done for my family whenever we have used their services!

Dan and his crew repaired my water service line, and I was very happy with their service. They got it done in a hurry, and I was satisfied with the price paid.
