When my kids broke part of the toliet I didn't even know what it was called. We called three different places and Mark called us back almost right away. In fact, the other two never returned my call. He came out and fixed that no problem and another issue we were having with the pipes screaming. Then when I had an emergency just a few days later he called me right back again and being out on another job he talked me through how to shut of the water to the house until he could get there. He came the same afternoon AND was able to repair my leak without having to install brand new parts, only charging me labor. Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

I was in full panic mode to find out one of my listings had an unpermitted water heater which required a chimney liner to actually pass. Olson Plumbing (thanks Carter!!) was able to send someone out that day to give us an estimate for the liner, returned two days later to install and handled all the required paperwork with PPRBD. Can't thank them enough!!!
