Paid $200.00 for them to simply turn on the pilot light on my water-heater. when I was told it would be around $80.00 over the phone. Took them 3 seconds to fix. I felted ripped off.

Phillip is a an honest and reasonably priced handyman. I will be calling him again for work that my home will be needing in the future.

John came in and he was my favorite one source tech so far! He was very informative and did testing to determine my issue. I know its gonna be a bit if money but feel more secure with his responses than in the past ^_^

Have to admit, I was off to a shaky start with this company. Appointments were made and continually rescheduled. More than a bit frustrating. An appt set for between 10 and 12 actually took place at 3:30. Turns out a part was not in and technician was waiting until time frame it was supposed to be in.Arthur spent several hours working on my boiler. Problem solved. Almost. Still no hot water 4 hours after he departed with the assurance he would be back the following Monday with a new ignitor. Arthur had left me his number and asked me to call if there was still an issue. Sadly, I had to call him and Saturday morning, bright and early, there he was. When he couldn't figure out the problem, he called a superior to come help out. I was impressed that he asked for assistance. He kept reassuring me, they would figure it out and not leave me in the lurch. Problem was solved. No extra charges. No additional parts needed. Arthur kept me informed throughout. This company trains their employees well and the employees treat their customers like family, or at least that is how I felt. Much gratitude to all involved.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too!
