This company was able to come out with in 24hrs. The employee that did the work knew what I wanted done he did it in a personal manner. His name is Brandon. This company is lucky to have him. The lady that took was nice and really helpful.

Up until two weeks ago, Master Rooter was my very favorite plumbing company.
Three years ago, Tony creatively and successfully solved a years-old problem of ground water soaking into and flooding my basement crawl space. He installed a French drain and sump pump which has channeled gallons of water to the outside. As I understand it, he has now become president of this company.
One month ago, the 56-year-old clay sewer pipes from my home to the street failed and the same crawl space flooded with sewer water. Rod came within two hours and very professionally handled the disaster. He called a restoration company to pump out and sanitize the area and then supervised the installation of new sewer pipe, handling city permits and even talking with my insurance agent to get more coverage because pipe access was needed within the house. A 3x4' hole had to be dug through concrete next to the house for the pipe installation and, as noted in the contract, Master Rooter would replace the concrete.
It is now more than a month and the concrete has not been replaced. I understood that crews were backed up because of brief periods of rain and snow, but for 5 weeks? And no one has kept me apprized of their schedule and no one has returned two phone calls to their office.
I will consider using them again because their work is outstanding, but certainly will not write the final check in the future until ALL the work has been completed successfully.

HCD did a lot of work for us through our insurance. Their work was great, they listened, and they gave us a ton of tips while they were here. After our insurance ran out, we called them for another issue because a different company tried to scare us into expensive and unnecessary plumbing work. They completely fixed the issue with minimal effort and HONEST work.

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Where do I even start? We purchased our house in July 2015. El Paso County requires a sewer inspection prior to the sale of a home. During the inspection this company broke the concrete on the sidewalk when they drove over it. They wrote on the receipt that they would repair that portion of the sidewalk. We had a very quick closing and the previous owners weren't able to get it repaired prior to closing so we then took over the attempts to get it repaired.

We called roughly 15 times before we actually got to talk to the owner. Either they did not answer, did not return the call or the receptionist refused to help and would tell us she could only take a message to which we didn't get a call back. The interesting thing is that her name was Linda and according to property records Dennis and Linda own a house together which means she's his partner and not his receptionist and pretended to be to avoid answering our questions. Only when we threatened legal action did we finally get a call from Dennis. He told us that they were waiting on a part from China for a piece of equipment he needed to fix the concrete and they would take care of it. That was months ago. We've started calling again and have not successfully spoken with anyone because nobody has answered the phone. My daughter graduates next month and we have to have the sidewalk repaired for the party because it's a tripping hazard. We're paying out of pocket to have the sidewalk repaired and are preparing the small claims action to sue this organization. Don't expect this company to stand by anything they say.

Daniel was very helpful and spent time to explain what was going on with my plumbing/sewer issue. I felt confident with his recommendations. Although I'm not happy with having to use an out-of-state call center to funnel my contact to a service person, Daniel was punctual and courteous. If you're in Colorado Springs, ask for Daniel!

I just moved in and the previous owner didn't winterize correctly. I found a leak and Cory came out and drained my pipes and checked it out for free! Great guy and now my future plumber.

Nathan was professional and courteous, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to others. Nice to have a good experience with a professional, it's not always like that in the service industry.
