He responded my call right after I left a message. He showed up only after a couple of hours once I left a message. I appreciate that he provided me the service on the same day. Breaking a water pipe is a kind of emergency and immediate response greatly appreciated!

Our furnace pilot went out and we could not get it back on to save our lives. We called the company and they sent a guy out within the hour at a lower price than the other companies we had called. Paul called ahead and was here before he's scheduled time which we really appreciated! He was super knowledgeable and helpful with our ancient furnace. Unfortunately due to the age of our stuff, he was unable to find the parts we needed. Instead, he helped us fix what he could and gave us our options for the future. We will definitely be working with Paul and this company again!

Stay far away from this company. A gentleman came out for a yearly cleaning . About an hour later called to say that my furnace have major issues. Wanted to meet an give me some quotes for repairs. Both quotes were over three thousand. I chose to have a second company came out thank goodness I did because nothing wrong with my furnace.Sara DResponse to the owner thank for the offer of coming back out to my home but NO THANk YOU . Greg came out to my home today. This was our first experience with Western Peak Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. I was very nervous that we may have an issue with water pressure, because my 1946 home water pipes starting whistling about a month ago. I needed to save some money, before calling someone out, because we live on a very tight fixed income. Greg was extremely pleasant to work with and, above all, honest with us about what was going on with the pipes. I am so thankful that we called Western Peak Plumbing and that Greg assisted us with our concerns. I will only recommend him and Western Peak Plumbing going forward, as well as continue to use them myself for future concerns. Thank you, Greg and Western Peak Plumbing, for the help today! Amazing service, can’t recommend enough. Saw their ad, arranged for an appointment the next day, very quick response time. They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. My experience with the staff at Always Plumbing, as well as their service, was excellent. Debbie, their receptionist, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ed came to our house twice, first to look at our (very old) water heater, and a second time to replace it. Ed was very honest and fair in his assessment, and incredibly knowledgeable. When he came out to replace our water heater he was quick and efficient. The price we paid at installment was exactly the price he quoted us, and based on my research their prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their service!

Edit: After leaving the following review, Mike reached out to us. He wanted to fix the remaining issue of the thermostat. He also assured us, that he had eliminated the sources of these issues within the company.I wanted to love this company because they were so close to home, reasonably priced and woman owned, but we had issues with LITERALLY every aspect of our experience, except for the guy who repaired our drywall (he was fantastic!)For having almost $12,000 worth of work done, it was a painful experience. We had them replace our AC and furnace, add two additional air ducts, clean and seal our air ducts.What should have been a 2 day job, turned out to be drawn out over a month of people coming back to our home to fix things that had not been done correctly.Here's a list of all the things that went wrong...-Random holes drilled in our floors, explained to us as pilot holes for the new vents. (up to 4ft away from where they were to be placed?)-After adding the 2 new ducts, the duct work was not secured and no new registers were placed and the holes were left exposed.-Duct work was not anchored to the ceiling, left resting on electrical wire. (even after bringing this to their attention, it was not fixed, my husband anchored this correctly, otherwise it would have been drywalled over.)-We had recently upgraded our thermostat before deciding to replace our systems and wanted to keep our existing thermostat, it had been replaced and removed from our home and never returned to us.-AC failed inspections for not having a ground wire and not the correct breaker (still haven't had a hot enough day to even see if the AC performs as it should).-We were offered to add another air return near the furnace at no extra cost, but that was not completed because we were told it would make our furnace seem too loud in the basement. Feeling like we were getting a deal by this offer made us feel good in the beginning, but left disappointed when it was not followed through.-TERRIBLE or NO communication from the office what so ever. People would show up at our house for these issues with no notice at all.Spoke with the general manager, Mike, very nice person, listened to all of my concerns. He was very empathetic and apologetic and did make sure most everything was corrected. But even so, the whole thing was SO bad, nothing would make me recommend this company. We do not feel happy about spending our money here.If you do decide to give them your money, just be prepared to do all of your own quality control.

Had to change this review. HVAC system installed less than a year ago. A/C calibration needed to await the spring and when they came out said everything was fine. Today we have dripping from the PVC pipe to the floor drain and I called the after hours number FOUR TIMES IN TWO HOURS and have not been contacted. It is now after midnight and began before 10 .... Just learned the company went out of business. Obviously I am completely sympathetic with the difficulties we are all facing, but businesses cannot just leave people high and dry.
