I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

I called Parkey's mid morning after discovering my furnace wasn't working. They rearranged their schedule to meet me within an hour, and very quickly identified the problem. Tim Parkey talked through all of my options, with no pressure, and we agreed upon a solution. The next day, Kade showed up, right on time, and completed the install of my new furnace. He did a quality job, cleaned up everything, and made sure I knew how to work with my new furnace. Everything about this situation was great!

Diego and his staff was extremely professional. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:pm today, they showed up 30 minutes early. Went right to the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes I kid you not. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial especially since I have an older home. Our heater was making loud noises so we decided to call comfort by design. Scott came out and explained everything to us, he took his time and went over everything throughly. Our house didn't have ac so we decided to add it along with the new furnace. Within 20 minutes our credit was approved and the contract signed. Two days later the team arrived right on time and by the end of the day we had heat and air. We are extremely impressed and grateful to everyone who works for Comfort by Design.

Shout out to David Kittle for some fast and professional service fixing a leaky sink. He even went above and beyond and got the garbage disposal working again. Will definitely be calling Flow Right again for any future plumbing issues.

These guys are great, professional, always on time, and do quality work! Jolly has come out to fix a leaky water heater, help install the plumbing for a new bathroom, and fix a leak. Always reliable, always amazing work.
