Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

They charged $165 to (mis)diagnose a water heater and then refuse to service it anyway because it came from Home Depot instead of from them (at triple the price). They felt the need to teach me a lesson. It worked, as I no longer call Olson for anything.

Looking for someone who could replace prv within a day. Luckily found Rick and his team. So satisfied and highly recommend him for everyone.

Had a great experience with Oak View Mechanical. Installed an A/C condenser quickly and passed inspection without incident. Had a few other quotes from HVAC companies for the same install, and Oak View was able to give us a bigger unit at a much better price! I will not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs!

I wish I'd called B&L much sooner. B&L resolved in a single day what the leading national plumbing company couldn't fix in 4 months of service calls. John showed me exactly what was wrong with my hot water tank and backed it up with proof. I felt well-informed when we agreed that replacing the tank was the best option. He completed the installation quickly and correctly. Six months later, and I'm still extremely satisfied with the work and my purchase.

I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

After the recent hail storm that hit Fountain, everyone in our neighborhood needed repairs in one form or another. Our pressure vacuum breaker was damaged. After being stood up by a different plumbing company, I couldn’t take anymore time off of work than I already had. That company refused to accommodate my work schedule by coming out after 5; so I cancelled them. On my way into work I saw Crade’s C&M Plumbing van parked out in front of a neighbor’s house, so I gave him a call. Cradle was very pleasant to work with and you can tell how much here cares about taking care of his customers. He was upfront about pricing, very flexible in his schedule, and reassured me multiple times that if I found something wrong with the work he had done, that he would be happy to follow up. Not that a follow up was needed, as his work seems to be impeccable so far. After conversing with Crade a bit, I found out that he’s been in the plumbing business for more than 15 years; a lot of experience. C&M is not a big business, just small time trying to make a name for itself. I can personally vouch that his work, work ethic, and customer satisfaction will not disappoint.

I used David for a last minute water tank that decided to start leaking. I have to say he was great to deal with and super fair on price. No complaints here.

I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.

Hired this plumbing company 3 WEEKS prior to install a water line for my fridge - simple. Hole was already in the wall going to the pipe. They come out - late - and then immediately at the door tell me they may not be able to work today because of emergencies. I said I was having my fridge installed later that day and needed the water line. He came in and said OK, that is easy and said it would be $169. I said fine. He installed a copper piping from the sink to the fridge - it took less than 20 minutes. Charged me, said to turn the knob to let the water through when the fridge was hooked up, done. Later, fridge installer said the water line was not working. I called and stated that I wanted them to return to fix it via voicemail.

Via a slew of text messages, they said they couldn't call me because of emergencies, though they had time to text me 30 times. They said that the water line didn't work because of a new valve needed - this was NEVER stated when they were here, but it sounded as though now they knew it would not work. They repeatedly told me to look at my invoice - given to me after the work was done and after I paid - that stated a clause that it may not work...perhaps something they say about all their jobs to cover themselves. They refused to come back to check their work and said it would be another $269 to install a new valve that most people could probably do with their eyes closed. They finally said sure we will come back and check OUR part only - the copper pipe - and that will be in 3 weeks.

Worst communication, no transparency at all, and I haven't experienced another plumber that is going to charge $169 for 20 minutes, show up late to the appt to say oh, they may not be able to do the work, and then install a water line they knew wasn't working. Not to mention, the emergencies they had to run to were not important enough to not sit in front of my house after the appt for more than the appt took itself. Terrible people and no humanity or pride in their work.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Excellent company, learned a lot while I was there.
