Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Billy did a great job - was very helpful in identifying problem areas in our furnace room in addition to what we had called him for and remedied them quickly and for a fair price. Next time we have a plumbing need, we will definitely call Western Peak.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Attempted to hire for water heater replacement. Saw an advertisement at The Home Depot for Same Day Installation if you call before noon. We called at 10:30am, talked to Oscar. He said he couldn't get us in the same day because the weekend left them slammed, said he could get us in next day between 9-11am. We agreed, they never showed nor called.

When I attempted to call the 720 number listed on their Google information, I got a mumbly hello on the other side, as if I'd accidentally called a personal line. I asked, Is this Delta Mechanical?

Yeah, hol' on, one sec... After some hushed conversation, they came back to the phone, mumbled a bit more, then hung up on me.

So I just call the 1-800-HOMEDEP number instead. No apologies, couldn't get Oscar back on the phone, and after 10 minutes of holding, I get a very abrupt, ok, we cancelled it.

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Great service. Andy, the technician, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working optimally.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

We were so pleased with the professionalism and efficiency that Crade displayed. We had interviewed 2 other plumbers that were not even close to the caliber of this company. I thank god we found C&M Plumbing!! My husband was in Afghanistan and the other companies were just trying to take advantage of me because I knew nothing about plumbing, Crade explained everything to me like I was five. I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.

What champs Jorge and son Ray were. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully to repair and replace 30' of completely corroded kitchen pipes. The pipe was hard to find, and under the concrete in my basement. They were cheerful, friendly, and determined solve difficult issues. It's a 1976 built home, but they made it like new. Great job, guys. You're the best 👌

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
