This post is per Brenda Serpa:Thayne was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions regarding the purchase of our new furnace. Gave great detail of what was included with the new furnace!Jonhathan and team did an excellent job on the furnace installation. Were very prompt, professional and courteous. Also answered any questions I had. Very neat and organized!Had issue with inserting and removing the electrostatic filter in the furnace filter compartment. I phoned the office and spoke to Jodie and explained that the filter compartment was too snug to insert and remove filter. She said she would contact a tech. She called back in less than 5 minutes and said that Francisco would be out to check on the issue I was having. Jodie is very responsive, professional and has great customer service skills!Francisco corrected the issue with the filter compartment rails so the filter could be inserted and removed smoothly. Francisco responded to a previous service call on my old furnance last year. He has been very professional, courteous and prompt each time!Because it's warm now I have not turned on furnace but willl post again when weather is cold to give update on the equipment. I highly recommend this company and personnel. They are all excellent!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

Called these guys about some clogged drainage pipes. They came out in a very timely manner, and diagnosed the problem right away. After showing me the rotted 60 year old steel pipes, they replaced them without batting an eye. Knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job promptly. We had an issue with our water heater which they had installed. Samuel Hazelet was the HVAC expert that was sent out to us. He came unexpectedly quickly and took care of what turned out to be a quickly rectified issue in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. He even checked with his master plumber to make sure he had not missed anything. We were very impressed with Sam as we are with his company. We will certainly be calling upon them in the future if we have any HVAC needs. Top shelf company and top shelf personnel.

David came out, on a call, during the Holidays to help me during an emergency at my residence. He spent time helping me when many would have simply walked away. I can’t recommend him enough and will be sure to use him again in the future.

My family had a pretty bad issue with our main drain line inside our house. It required our basement to be emptied and jack hammered to be repaired. Dan and his team came out and did a wonderful job getting us up and running again. The job was pretty scary from a renters perspective and they did everything extremely fast and the crew couldn't have been nicer. If you are looking for an honest crew that will do whatever they need to,to help you fix your problem. This is the company you should go with. Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!
