Great company. Showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window (which as a previous plumber is hard to do! Especially at 1 in the afternoon). That was super nice so I could just go back to work right after. He was friendly, considerate and explained to me what was wrong. How he felt fixed it. And was super kind the entire time. He fixed it fast and their system has them take pictures and email them to you. So, if you’re like me and document EVERYTHING for your rental, then this is GREAT! Defiantly my first choice in plumbing!

Inspect the pipes. After the inspection my husband came home. As he was entering the home a male pulled up in a Leo's work vehicle and said he had to come back because he forgot his extension cord. My Husband asked the technician what he was doing on the roof? He said he was trying to access the pipes from the roof but when he was unable to access them, he then removed the toilet in the house to get to the pipes.
Thats right, he started taking apart our house without our knowledge. The following business day we were informed by our realtor that the toilet the technician removed claimed that our toilet had a pre-existent crack. Really??? The toilet was supposedly already cracked before you took it off, but yet you and the inspector decided to remove the toilet anyway??? No one has given us any answers. I called to talk to a manager 1 week ago today. I was told Russ would call me By Monday. I have yet to hear from anyone in their office. We have lived in our home over 8 years and NEVER had a problem with that toilet and there were NO pre-existant cracks. The toilet was put back on by the technician and inspector cracked and off alignment.
What inspector and Plumber in their right mind would remove a toilet if it already had pre- existant damages. That's right, the toilet wasnt damaged prior to your removal which is why you felt it was okay to start taking apart our house. We have paid out of pocket for your mistake. I called your office in order to better understand what your technician was thinking and to make you aware of this problem and you failed to respond. I hope that this information is helpful to people in the future who are seeking your services. We did not hire your services and would never reccomend your company to anyone in the future.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

I am so happy to have discovered this company. They are fantastic and professional. No surprises on the invoice vs. the estimate. And they have been wonderful and creative in finding solutions for my strange old home.

The plumber Dwayne was very professional and got to our property in less than an hour to accommodate my family on his personal time. Update: 11/2/22Alicia Chavez did our 2nd year winter furnace check. She was super thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. We appreciate that she took her time and showed us before and after pics of the furnace areas she cleaned up. We could not be more pleased and hope to have her be our go to One Source HVAC professional.------------I learned of One Source Home Services on the Groupon webpage. I read customer reviews about the company and decided to give them a shot at diagnosing why our furnace was turning on and off every 5 minutes; even at the lowest thermostat setting. Ridge, the first HVAC technician who came out to our home, was able to discover the causes of the furnace issues. He had Thomas, an HVAC technician specializing in gas-fueled furnaces, do the final repairs. Our 23-year-old furnace is working perfectly. I could not be more pleased with the service these talented gentlemen provided.Update:Damien and trainee Monique came to check our furnace regulator to assure that it is safe to run the furnace now that we have entered the Fall. These two gentleman were respectful and got the job done quickly. We were impressed that they remined us that we are One Source Members therefore this service was free. Wow! Talk about saving money. I want to add that the week before, a technician specialist named Marcos, also came to our property to look at some pipe related work that the HVAC specialists did a few month back. He was quite knowledgeable, personable and was transparent about his findings. We couldn’t be happier with the treatment we have received from the One Source Team.

We have been a member of HVAC solution's service plan-- where they come out every winter and spring to ensure our systems are working properly. For the last 3 years we have had issues with our AC freezing when we turn it on-regardless of HVAC saying it's fine upon our yearly inspection. Over the last 3 years we have spent over 2k on top of our maintenance plans trying to get this fixed. They have sent out tech telling us everything is fine
Or it's fixed only for it to freeze the first time it comes on in the summer. The last visit was the final straw-- $700 bill for 2 techs to come out, at $145 an hour, to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 years ago. We paid the bill, but I would never recommend their services or their service plans. It's a joke. They just keep sending techs that never fix the problem and keep charging more.

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Rick came out on short notice (same day), in terrible weather, on a holiday weekend- and did exactly what we needed for exactly what was quoted. Quick, efficient, friendly- we will definitely save his card and number so we can call him again if needed.
