I hired Jeremy to do a gas line relocate. He didn't incredible job and he does very clean work. After the utility company came back and reinstalled the meter, I went to go light my boiler off and my stove and my water heater. He installed a brand new valve for each one of those even though it was absolutely not necessary. He absolutely went above-and-beyond. He found a leak and repaired it. He's very friendly guy, and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know who is looking for a great plumber.

We had a pipe burst in our basement during a recent cold snap (December 23) and I called twenty different plumbers that day to no avail. I saw a Smith pink truck on my way home from work that evening and called them to see if there was any chance they could help us. Not only did they respond immediately but they had a plumber at our house 30 minutes later and patched the issue so we could turn our water back on for Christmas weekend. Carmine was pleasant and professional and came back a few days later to complete the definitive repair. We are members of Smith's annual service plan now and highly recommend them!

Was thankful that the tech came out late in the evening when our unit was not working. He was friendly but did not fix the issue. They said they would send someone out today to fix it but no one called. Seems like I'm out of a $112 service fee. Upon further review I'm noticing a screw missing on the TXV Valve. Not sure if it was missing before but if it was I'm not sure how the tech didn't catch it. The TXV Valve is loose and doesn't look like it is on there correctly. Trying to watch YouTube videos to fix it myself, was hoping a professional could find the issue.
