We are starting to get really tired of this company rescheduling daily! A couple months ago it took 3 weeks for you guys to come out for a simple inspection. Everyday was another excuse. We actually were surprised when y’all did show!! Now here we are today. 2 hours outside our appointment window and y’all still not hear. We called a couple times so hoping someone actually does something. But then again I can bet it be another 3 weeks before someone shows. Idk you guys have very professional workers but communication is terrible!!Update: get a call from them and the worker claimed we were given a quote when THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW TO SPEAK WITH US!!you guys have lost our business. Good luck with your future endeavors. We wasted a whole day away jus to be told we were given a quote and that never happened. Going to make a BBB complaint. I’m done.

Kevin and Johnny were our installers and they were very professional. They explained what they were doing and when they were doing it. There was a little time miscommunication but they cleared it all up and all was well after that. I appreciate them installing the A/C here at my employers office. They double and triple checked everything and even came back a couple days later to make sure the pressure was correct. Thanks!!

I got Enki Plumbing info from another page where people often go to ask for recommendations. I had previously called another company and am still waiting for a return call (over a week ago). I reached out on the Enki Plumbing website and sent a message through there. Charles called me within 10 minutes asking what I needed help with. My original issue was with a toilet but I also mentioned my sink not draining. He got me in within the week - which I was quite thrilled. Charles arrived at the start of the window he gave - even calling 15 minutes out to say he was on his way. When he arrived, the toilet was working just fine (of course), so Charles said if it happened again to reach out. He checked out the sink and showed me exactly what was going on and offered to fix it for a fair and reasonable price. As he fixed it, he explained what was going on and did several checks to make sure everything was just fine. Every aspect from the call, to the fix, to the clean up was very professional, courteous, and clean!!!! I will certainly be reaching out again and recommending!!!!!

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

Our air conditioner stopped working properly on a Saturday night at 9pm. I looked through the telephone book for Air Conditioning companies that offered emergency services. Olson caught my eye because they have been around for over 100 yrs. I called and within a half hour Lowell showed up to our house and within the next half hour, had it fixed and running. Lowell was our hero that night and i will continue to use Olson for my regular check ups for Heating and Air as well as any issues i have with either unit.
