There was a slight snag in the scheduling but it all worked out in the end. Troy came out and took care of everything. He was proffesional, personable and did a great job. He quickly identified the issue with my water heater, fixed it and showed me how I can take care of the problem myself if the issue ever came up again in the future. Fantastic service.

They came to snake a plugged drain between my bathroom sink and my laundry room floor drain. That plug may have been cleared. My bathroom sink now drains very slowly and leaks under the sink so I have to have a bucket under it. He tells me it has something to do with gravity and that the pipe was not attached correctly when the house was built and does not meet the sink. The sink never leaked before and always drained fine and was built 47 years ago. My gravity and pipe length has changed? Now after $275 my husband who is 71 years old has to try to fix the sink so I can put everthing away and we live with a slow draining sink. This was a crazy day.

He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

Joseph Thomas was the tech for my service and was fantastic. He informed me when he was on his way, and arrived as expected. He was courteous and polite the entire time, and kept me informed of what he was doing along the way. Great service and great quality in his service. Great to have a team you can depend on.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. Replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Checked to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. Everything was done to my satisfaction.
The price was reasonable. Everything was left clean. I would recommend Lujan Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing needs.

It’s difficult to adequately explain, in writing, how pleased we are with Dwayne’s services. After I called him he was here in about 40 minutes or so. He’s a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman. He listened to my explanation of what was happening and quickly determined where and what needed to be done. He gave an affordable and reasonable quote and went right to work. He was patient with my questions regarding the equipment he was using and the process to fix our plumbing issue (something I’m always very happy with the professionals – explaining the what’s, when’s, why’s and how’s). When Dwayne was finished he explained the recommended preventative measures for the drain system as they relate to our home. 5 stars aren’t enough. These guys are ones to call when you’re looking for experienced and reasonably priced work- they just finished a residential home plumbing repair for me without any problem- after another company had given it several tries. Next time I’m calling Herman’s first.

Very professional, extremely clean. The guys installing even went the extra mile and dug out a dead bush and leveled a spot that was best for the new air conditioner. They were very courteous and quiet and almost un-noticeable as they worked. I greatly appreciated their professionalism
