Best Bathroom Remodeling in Colorado Springs CO

I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

Lucas was absolutely outstanding. Twice in one week he came out to fix some burst pipes within a few hours of my call. The repair was performed with a high degree of quality and precision and I have no doubt that it was well worth the price

We did a total house replumb with pex 5yrs ago. No issue until it gets below zero:( they neglected to use pex on my washing machine and instead just connected it to copper in the crawl space :( the copper split open and soaked my crawlspace. Cost me close to$600 to fix

Keith was very kind and polite in our home. He showed me everything he did to maintenance our AC. He called me to for permission to come early and arrived right when he said he would. I trust them with our AC and furnace.

Just had a new furnace and central air installed in my home by these folks. Scott, the owner came out and spent an hour and a half with me explaining all our options. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We opted to use Comfort By Design and couldn’t be happier with our choice. They are a smaller, family owned business, not caught up in corporate bureaucracy. They are accommodating and flexible to suit the customer. When it came time for our installation, our service tech, Nate, was on time, professional and well experienced in the task at hand. Nate was quick because it through in our install. Thank you! I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat..........

I have nothing but great things to say about 'em. He's serviced us twice installing a water filtration system and both times were priced well, and his service is indeed top notch, proud of what he does and it shows. I haven't had any experience with other plumbing services save for some russian guys who replaced our sinks and whatnot and didn't do so well but an okay job. Mr. Jeff is an awesome person, nice and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone with any problems relative to this.

Just had our water heater replaced. We had our own unit, which wasn't a problem, and they came as soon as I needed them. Best price I have found by far! Very friendly, efficient, and professional business! Highly recommend!

My heater went out right before a snow storm hit and after a short phone call I had someone to find and fix the problem the same day. He was very professional and gave me a quick run down on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I will most definitely be calling them for help in the future!!

My toilet main line was backed up and I called Roto Rooter. They were here within 1 1/2 hours and Craig and Cody introduced themselves and saw what the problem was. They explained everything the were doing to me in detail and were able to fix the problem with no mess left behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone and really appreciate their service.
