I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing & Heating. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. I even got same day. I was told they will call 30 minutes prior to arrival. They did. When the gentleman arrived they were very friendly and professional. I even got a couple of laughs out of them. We had our furnace serviced by Smith. The technician called to let me know when he would be arriving during our time window, and arrived minutes later. He did slip on his booties, and explained what he was going to do. He took lots of pictures of the furnace, inside and out. He completed the maintenance and told me what could be improved to extend the life of the furnace. He also emailed me the estimate and photos. He was professional, courteous and caring.

Olson Plumbing and Heating have been responsible for my heating problems for the last 15 years. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If they make a mistake they readily admit it and fix it correctly at no charge.

Our heater wasn't working and the A/C wasn't cooling well. Joseph came out and fixed a loose wire and heater started right away. While inspecting the A/C unit, he noticed all coolant had leaked on top of the unit. A weld didn't hold from the installation. Also the outside unit was filthy, noone told us it needed cleaning. He told me straight up the problems were from the installation, mistakes that Wire Nut made, so we wouldn't have to pay anything. The HVAC tech came out 3 days later and fixed and cleaned everything AT NO CHARGE. The outside unit was always noisy when on, now it's so quiet. Also on really hot days, the inside temp never cooled below 76°. It's been too cool to test it, but it is blowing much better. Thank you, Wire Nut and esp. Joseph for your outstanding customer service!

James was able to install our new faucet, and reattach the garbage disposal without having to cut open our wall and lower the plumbing! Saved us hundreds of dollars!
