Best Air Filtration in Colorado Springs CO

We paid a 50% deposit to have our main water line fixed, then found another company to do our repair because we felt uncomfortable paying a company $3250 to dig up our yard and possibly have to pay more if it was on the city's side of the valve. The company had our money for THREE HOURS, and they insisted on a 5% cancellation fee. Again, nobody came to our property ; all we had was an invoice emailed to us and a couple of phone calls. Meanwhile three other companies came out the same day to do an estimate--no charge. When we cancelled and I questioned the fee, I was curtly and emphatically told they could charge us $1500, but they were being helpful. At that point, I didn't press the matter in case they did decide to keep the $1500. Yes, they offered prompt repair, but the cancellation fee left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just had Karl from Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical at my house to install a C-Wire correctly and was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, I also signed a maintenance agreement with him and Smith PHCE. Sure is nice to deal with an ethical company as opposed to the dumpster fire of One Source Home Service. I would highly recommend looking at all the reviews about One Source and how terrible they are to their customers!! They should not be in business! I highly recommend Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical!!!!

Disappointing

Olson recommended, provided and installed a water heater for me in August 2006. Mine was 40 years old. The water heater would not stay lit. It went out after 20 minutes of warming, relit pilot light; 20 minutes…pilot and flame went out. Colorado Springs utilities came out twice to check water heater and furnace. They identified an issue with my furnace too. I called Olson to clean the furnace and repair the water heater.

The tech arrived at 8:55am – handed me an invoice at 9:50am – Billed me for TWO hours of labor, requested and used my vacuum to clean the water heater and furnace, described the water heater igniter has a defect. The tech stated the new water heater part may only last two months…he didn’t know. He said it was due to dust on the filter - pulled the filter out, held it up to his eyes and said oh, this one isnt dirty at all, you can see right through it.

I called the management who explained that the water heater got a good seven years of life! When I explained the experience with the tech (25 years experience) and that I had purchased the water heater from Olson - he agreed to give me a refund of 30 minutes labor. Really? He charged me two hours labor for a one hour job (explained that it includes drive time) and I live 10 minutes from their shop.

Very disappointed in quality of service and response to my complaint. I will not use Olson again.

Id like to thank Andrew and Oak View for fixing my AC after 3 years of problems
I have had 4 or 5 other companies out in the past to fix my ac unit from
icing over and not working properly for the last 3 years without a solution

We have had the Comfort by Design Team install a water heater and a gas line for a stove. Both times they were great to work with and did exceptional work. With the water heater they even had the father of one of the owners come install it on his day off so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. They are very responsive and will continue to use them for any of our needs.

David Kittle is amazing!!! He replaced two outside faucets and they are no longer leaking! I thought one of them was leaking into the lower level of the house, David determined that was not the problem and that it was possibly ground water as the back flow had filled as well. He took water samples and cleaned out the backflow. He was determined to resolve our plumbing issues. In addition, he was neat, professional and he explained what he was doing at every step. I highly recommend Flow Right and David Kittle.

This company was fantastic. We had all of our old can lights replaced and a new light for our foyer. They were professional and efficient. Chance and jarred were great. They were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. . Also the office staff Tanya and Amanda were there to schedule and take care of our needs. I appreciate them all greatly.

Brandon did an excellent job explaining and repairing our faucet leak. He was very professional.
