Best A C Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

I am a real estate agent here in Colorado Springs and was looking for a reliable plumber to help my seller conquer a list of items that needed to be fixed/replaced for an inspection. Colorado springs Affordable Plumbing technician, Billy Hull was meticulous and was a wealth of information. Priced fairly, punctual, courteous. Highly recommend Billy and Affordable.

Made an appointment 7 days ago. They were supposed to come this morning to fix a leak underneath the kitchen sink and find out why the water pressure is so poor. Nobody came in the morning and I called at noon to find out what‘s going on. They said they were running late and would be here in the afternoon. Around 2 pm I got a phone call from them telling me they would not make it and need to reschedule. She then proceeded to tell me there were no current openings until a week from now. I said, hey I‘ve already waited a whole week, waisted most of my day waiting for you and I‘m dealing with a major leak over here. She said there was nothing available for another week and this is the best they could do. HORRIBLE customer service. Plus they charge $139.00 just for coming out to have a look. Stay away from these guys, not worth the hassle and waste of time.

Had Bill's come out and replace my hot water heater and Mike was great!! Very professional and straightforward!

My kitchen sink sprung a leak, and he came and fixed it really quick for really cheap. No more leaks under my sink! Highly recommend!

I called One Source to come over to do my A/C maintenance prior to turning it on for the season. They were able to schedule me for the next day, and sent Andres. Andres was very professional and checked all voltages and currents/amps throughout the system, checked temperatures throughout the ductwork/supply system, and even vacuumed and washed the inside of my exterior unit around the compressor. He took pictures of all readings and uploaded them to my service records, and showed me previous readings for comparison. Amazing work by Andres. Will be requesting him for this service in the future.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

I had these guys out when my AC stopped working. The person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician to my house that day! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on a furnace or AC unit!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

We were without natural gas due to a leak. We contacted this company and they came out to assess the needs of the job. We were supposed to hear back from them last week on Thursday and as of Monday, haven’t heard a word. It would have been at least 5,000 job but clearly that’s not important to them. Keep in mind we have no heat, no hot water, no cooking. These clowns just left us waiting. So if you’re serious about having residential work done, and time and communication are of essence to you, find someone else.

We’ve had an issue with our AC since moving in we finally had it looked at and the first guy that came was young extremely unprofessional, left material everywhere, had my apartment flooded at one point that we had to call an extraction team just to get all the water up, has taken several days to just do an AC as it was many breaks this kid would take and or show up then want to go on lunch. I get contractor work sucks sometimes but the unprofessionalism won’t help gain more. They then sent someone else after many complaints and after my apartment got flooded and he was an older gentleman explained what he was going to be doing and was extremely professional. I get Being new to a trade but the first guy was not professional at all.
