We had a pretty rough experience with this company. Our water heater damaged our basement on December 27th. Once the restoration was completed, we were told we couldn’t use the water heater that was in our house and that our house requires a different one due to it being a modular home. We had already been without hot water for about 2 weeks (we have a toddler and senior living in the home). We decided to use this company. The water heater was supposed to be installed on January 12th but when they arrived to work on it, they were missing parts or whatever. So this happened on several occasions during the whole process of getting a “new water heater installation” where they would leave, come back and then just not come back. I don’t know how many calls were made between me and my husband to talk to someone. Terrible communication. Also it was supposed to be a 50 gallon water heater installed which they said was too big and put in a 40 gallon. We made lots of calls and couldn’t get the technicians and/or manager to call back at a decent time or at all. They came back on the 16th and supposedly had fixed everything…guess again. The hot water worked for a few days and then stopped working. Then we had no hot water again for the weekend. The office where it sits also smelled weird..like exhaust maybe not sure. They also told us they put the wrong water heater in and that it was for natural gas. Like whaaatt..where did you find these dudes. We attempted to ask for a phone number to get in touch with somebody of a higher rank and employees that answer the phone kept saying “we can’t give you that information”. They refused to let us talk to anybody other than a technician. We continued calling and finally they sent out Marcos. He fixed everything that was messed up in the same day with no issue. He was very nice and helpful on the phone and with my husband when he stopped by the house. I probably wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody just after our experience. Unless you know you’ll get Marcos who clearly knew what he was doing. I am thankful we finally got someone out who knew what they were doing. We’ve had no issues since he came out to the house and the office doesn’t smell anymore either. I’m not sure if the original 2 technicians just had no fricking clue what they were doing, but it was miserable. Hopefully they do something about those Jo schmos because that was absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been through this one other time and never had an experience like this.

My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Pennsylvania. They were dealing with extreme high water pressure and I coordinated this project from PA with this company. Todd was amazing and completed the project the next day. They installed a pressure reducing valve. From what my son told me, Xavier who did the repair was professional and kept them informed of when they would arrive at the house. It was so refreshing working with this company that had friendly and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Jeremy to do a gas line relocate. He didn't incredible job and he does very clean work. After the utility company came back and reinstalled the meter, I went to go light my boiler off and my stove and my water heater. He installed a brand new valve for each one of those even though it was absolutely not necessary. He absolutely went above-and-beyond. He found a leak and repaired it. He's very friendly guy, and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know who is looking for a great plumber.

My experience with the staff at Always Plumbing, as well as their service, was excellent. Debbie, their receptionist, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ed came to our house twice, first to look at our (very old) water heater, and a second time to replace it. Ed was very honest and fair in his assessment, and incredibly knowledgeable. When he came out to replace our water heater he was quick and efficient. The price we paid at installment was exactly the price he quoted us, and based on my research their prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their service!

I had a main drain blockage -- water coming up around the toilet and out of the utility room drain in the floor. The technician was very professional, on-time, and kept the place clean. He pulled the toilet, scoped to find the blockage, and routed out the blockage and continued to cut out small roots until the entire main line was looking new out to the city tie-in. I got to watch the entire process on his scope screen, which gave me a lot of confidence that he did the job right and the main line was in good condition. I will definitely be using them again for this type of problem. NOTE: They don't do small item plumbing like installing faucets or changing washers. BUT what they do is really good.

We have used HVAC Solutions for our annual inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system since moving here 11 years ago. This year it was time to get a new heating system, and later in the summer when we could afford it, get A/C installed as well. Jason came to our home, looked at our existing system, took measurements and gave us our options promptly. They performed the install on time for both units. Both units also require an outside inspection post install, and the inspector had minor issues that needed addressing; they scheduled dates to perform these repairs very promptly and the follow-up inspection was approved. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
