Dan is awesome and extremely knowledgeable about anything plumbing related. We actually had drain issues with our sewer (on the driveway) and Dan came out, used a camera to inspect it, and gave us such helpful information about what needs to be done next. His price is extremely reasonable, and very helpful for those on a tight budget. He is professional, polite, friendly, and again, very knowledgeable about what he does. I had two jobs to fix in my home. They did such a good job on my basement issue I had them come back and fix my full bath issue. Free Flow came in assessed the problem, tell you what's wrong and how to fix it as well as review cost. Very professional providing quality work and quality products. I love my new water spout for my full bath. I will rehire if I have any other problems.

Mike and his team are fantastic! Mike clearly cares about his customers and meeting their needs. They respond quickly and there was great communication. I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. Killeen replaced a 50 gallon gas hot water heater for $1800, including a couple of up-charges they disclosed up front. But they did not tell us about a 3.5% credit card fee until after the job was done.

They used a warehouse-grade dolly with tiny rigid wheels to drag heavy equipment through our home, destroying a new flooring transition. I sent them a photograph showing the stretched metal that is now jammed underneath of the flooring it used to cover. The screws are bent and exposed, snagging toes of those who enter the front door. I asked them to use dollies that are appropriate for use in a finished home, but they won't even take the time to write me back.

The installation was done quickly and the result looks nicer than what was there. But they downsized to a smaller exhaust fan that is noisy and now we can hear the unit run when we are upstairs in the kitchen.

Killeen did a good job of plumbing the OK water heater they sold to us. But they damaged our new flooring and can't even find the time to apologize for it. They're not a great company to invite into your home.

They were able to take our counter tops and cabinet out cabinets without damaging them. They answered all our questions. They fixed our rotten cabinet where our broken drain pipe in the kitchen was and also put in a new faucet. They also cleaned everything up when they were done. I highly recommend them! We recently had a job completed by ARS Cleveland July 8 2020 Tj was our tech he was excellent. He communicated with us every step of the way, explaining procedures and timelines. The work was done in a professional manner and he when above and beyond to make it a good experience. We would definitely recommend him and will continue to rely on him in the future. And will be having more work done by them in the future

Called them out to try to get my water heater pilot light lit. I had already tried for about a half hour. Figured they had a different way to start it. They charged me $173 just to try to get it started and he tried for 10 minutes. Then tried charging me $1,200 to install a tank I would have to buy myself (another $600). I will stick with smaller local companies next time. Overpriced for convenience.
