Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

Tech came in .when asked why he was not wearing a mask, he told me that this virus was just the flu, and the numbers were made up and that washing hands lowered your resistance ( his hand were filthy). I am at high risk for dying if I get the “rona”. He did not believe in customer service and I have to believe his company does either. This company should be following state rules, not ignoring them. I got a quote for work but he will not be coming back in my home ever. He also said the mask I was wearing was only good for dust. I told him it wasn’t for me, it was for him, so I didn’t spittle on him when I talk. Idiot

Jermaine was amazing!! Spent all day here (it was very messed up) trying to get to the bottom of the problem to make sure everything was fixed correctly - can’t thank you enough!

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn’t even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn’t respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we’ve had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I’m reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.

I had service done main basement was flooded.about 1 ft. tj was the tech...he was awsome determine to get it unclogged..and it was tough tough one .hes hard worker.no doubt a asset to company.i would always ask for him.because his determination to get me ok .and camera guy next day was very knowledgeable of also..and to explain it also. To me after addressing my question..vey awsome guy.

Matt was a great technician. He was on time and professional, performed quality work, and explained every step in detail. Not only did he take the time to make sure I was making an informed decision, he made sure to wear his PPE and practice social distancing the entire time. After the service was completed he sanitized his work area and made sure I understood that the company stood behind their work and I could contact them at anytime if I experienced any problems. 10/10 would recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends.

Amazing service. Can’t thank Everything Plumbing & Drain enough for their fantastic work. Great communication leading up to our appointment. Brian and his assistant were so friendly and courteous. They left the bathroom clean and tidy. Price was extremely reasonable. It took me over two weeks to find a good plumber to come out and fix my bathroom. Brian was able to fix the issue quickly while still providing excellent service. Our bathroom sink works better now than it ever has. Extremely impressed. They will definitely be our go to plumber if we ever need anything else. Would highly recommend.
