I highly recommend this company! We had drains backing up in our home and Dennis tried everything he could for this job to be the least expensive it could. We ended up needing a sewer line repair and had to bring out an excavator but he first tried many things so that maybe we could avoid a big dig. Comparatively it was very reasonable for such a big job and Dennis was very honest and fair. If we ever need any more plumbing things we would use Plumbing 911 again!

Tim was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Good communication and very friendly. He even gave me a discount on their minimum price because it was such a small job. I would not hesitate to call them again. Glad I found a new plumber!

Uneven customer service and work performance. I did a lot of checking behind the technicians to ensure that they did things that were contracted to do/that I was being charged for. When things were pointed out (a few times) they were eventually corrected. Overall I am satisfied with the service but I had to work for it. I still have no idea the total cost of the service provided. If they overcharge me I will back on here lower the stars to one.

Brian from Everything Plumbing and Drain has been incredibly great through a very confusing project with my yard’s sewer line. He ended up having to come 4 different times to my house and still charged me the same price he quoted me for. I even ended up asking him if he needed more money for all the work he put into my house.
His communication skills are very clear and he is professional at all times.
Even his wife who I believe answers his phone calls is always so helpful and kind. Truly great customer service.

Mike Bemer & his apprentice were personable, very competent, showed up on time and very willing to answer questions - that they were not being paid for. Installation and repair took less time than predicted and came in at 2/3 their estimated cost. Bemer is a family firm we have used previously - eight years ago. They still do excellent work.

Amazing people and super helpful if you have zero idea what you're doing. I had a part go bad in my water tank Kyle called for me to get a new one sent to me through the tanks company and Justin came in the very next day to install it, literally never using any other place

Mike and Dawn were the plumbers for recent work in our home. We highly recommend them. We had a totally positive experience. They are completely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and did expert work. They couldn't have been more helpful. Their rates are reasonable and they have earned our trust. We have already recommended them to two other families, and everyone has had a good experience with them and would use them again.

We are so grateful that we called! Our hot water tank broke on our anniversary. The response from Mr. Rooter was quick and professional. Our technician was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and very easy to work with. Our new tank was installed quickly but carefully and we're so thankful. We're all set now and can enjoy a nice dinner to celebrate.

I called yesterday late afternoon, and Steve arrived the next morning. He kept me updated when he was going to arrive. I had a shower leak. He fixed the leak and noticed my main shut off was leaking. He replaced two values in the basement since one was leaking and the second one didn't turn. I highly recommend Action Plumbing.
