H Jack’s did an amazing job with my plumbing issues. They came within 12 hours of the incident and were very knowledgeable and prompt. They were in and out very quickly. I have a called a lot of hvac companies in the past but hjacks went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone that needs Hvac or plumbing related issues.

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. Five Star Plumbing replaced a shut off valve in the basement and installed a new kitchen faucet. Service was excellent. Kamran was polite, thorough, and professional. I would use them again without question. Actually, when Kamran was here he pointed out two other shut off valves that were corroded and so he is returning next week to replace them. I am so glad to find a plumber I trust.

I had water backing up into my basement late on a Friday night. I called Plumbing 911 and although they couldn't send anyone out that night, they promised to send someone first thing in the morning between 7 and 9 am. I received a call at 8 am on the dot from a very polite and knowledgeable plumber named John.

John was able to get to the root (not pun intended) cause of our problem through persistence. He did not want to leave us without a solution. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful as he walked us through what was wrong and what needed to be addressed.

My toilet was leaking through the first floor of our basement and we had no idea why. We gave Sean a call and he came over within the hour and pulled our toilet out and found out that the previous owners had poured tile grout down the toilet and toilet paper was building up over time causing the leak!!? He was able to replace the toilet along with the piping in the basement and answered all our questions. We were impressed with his timeliness, skill & knowledge. Since then we have also had them come in and replace a dishwasher. I’m happy knowing as a first time home owner that I have a company to call and help me out especially at such a fair price! I would highly recommend them!

I would recommend 1st Choice to anyone needing a plumber. Fast and super friendly. Explained everything that needed done and what could be done in the future for better drainage. Call him first!!! You will not be disappointed.

It took the technician barely an hour to install two vessel sinks and faucets in our master bath. The caulking/silicone work was sloppy at best, and we were charged $500 for only one hour of labor. We will not be using this company again.

Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

John provided an estimate and followed-up as needed. He was in a minority of plumbers who understood what the problem actually was (back-flow from the city storm system) and provided a solution (installed a 6-inch backwater check valve).

The job was more complex than anticipated due to some perverse joining by the original nineteen-20s plumbers of sub-surface drain pipes, but was completed in a timely manner with no impact to the livability of the rest of the household.

Dust (read: jackhammer) on the job site was kept to a minimum, with concrete mixing done outside.

Only critique regards the two concrete patches applied are much rougher than the adjacent cellar floor (cement?) surfaces. I'll remediate myself or else just put some paint on and live with it.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..
