My water tank broke with water pouring through out my living room and hall. I called and a plumber was here in 40 minutes and it was after 5 pm when this happened. He was nice and professional and did a great job getting me a new hot water tank. Great job!

We came home from work to find that the pilot light on our water heater wouldn't stay lit. We called North Olmsted Plumbing and they came out right away. Their plumber was able to replace the burner assembly that night, and get our tank back up and running. He did a great job, and we are very happy with the service we received. Giovanni Romito is a real find. He’s a true craftsman, really passionate about his work. His skills are the highest level, something you rarely see anymore. A young guy, he’s acquired a vast store of knowledge by working with both his grandfather and father. For us, he replaced kitchen gas cooktop, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher, and replaced the bathroom toilet. He also installed a new, second laundry room sink from scratch, following our wishes exactly. He is a must hire!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kyle helped fix my hot water tank after having a previous install go wrong. Kyle not only arrived on time but instead arrived early and was very friendly and informative. I felt comfortable trusting Kyle to get the job done and he lived up to that.
