Chuck and his team dropped everything and came out to run our commercial gas lines in less then 2 days time. We called over 20 plumbers in the area some never called back, some called back saying no way with in 3 weeks and a few called back with higher quotes. I have called back multiple times after the job and have had nothing but perfect service each time. Saved my restaurant from missing opening day.

I had a leak under my bathtub, I contacted Cleveland sewer drain and plumbing, Chuck stopped by in a timely manner and got me on the schedule fast. When he was checking out my leak issue under my tub I also showed him my water pressure reducing valve that needed to be replaced ASAP. He fixed both issues at the same time, he was on time and professional. Will be calling Chuck again with any future plumbing issues. Thank you again!

In 2 hours, he left me with a fully functional kitchen and laundry room.

I first called Chuck because I had a blockage. Thanks to his suggestion, the sewer dept was able to clear the main line out.
However, I still had an issue with my main shut off valve leaking. Chuck was able to give me an appointment to replace the valve in a relatively short amount of time for a non-urgent situation. Very efficient service and I think at a reasonable price too. He's honest, fair and genuinely wants to help his customers. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed.

If I could give them 100 starts I would . They treated me like family from the very beginning, they were able to help fix major problems in my home so I could use my bathroom again after multiple companies charged me an arm and a leg and never fixed the problem . Chuck and his worker went above and beyond. They put up with mine and my neighbor's conflicting schedules by making multiple trips out without hesitation. They even put up with my dog that went charging after one of them. These guys committed to a job and were sure to get it done and done right. We had CSD&P out to remove and replace a substantial amount of plumbing in our basement as well as replace our water heater. From the start, Chuck was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He identified several areas where the replacement plumbing could be improved and ultimately, our plumbing is now more neatly configured than it was previously, as well as more functional. Chuck and Ethan worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up well, and went above and beyond the bare minimum. I would definitely recommend CSD&P, and would happily hire them again.

From the very first call he was professional and patient. We called seeking solutions for taking out an old vanity and sink that was installed by a poor contractor. Chuck and his crew member came out this morning - EVEN WHEN WE ARE HAVING THE CRAZIEST WINTER STORM IN A LONG TIME - and was very thorough in how we can solve our removal problem. He even provided insight into an incorrect installation and hazards from the prior contractor's terrible job. You can tell he is dedicated to his craft and the people he services.
