I have called Five Star Plumbing and Heating every time I needed something looked at or fixed. My parents are also now loyal customers.
You will never go wrong: Kameran is honest, kind, respectful, fair and very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His prices are great! He also offers extra tips and advice that are very helpful. He has become a friend of the family. I am so happy he was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have continued to recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs help!

I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing. Dan did a fantastic job at reasonable price. He was upfront with the cost and completed the job as described. He cleaned up afterwards and was very professional.

David was wonderful. He arrived on time and addressed not only the issue that I called about. He checked our entire home for the service fee and found only 2 other items that needing to be addressed before repairs would become more costly. They were easy to schedule. They showed up on time and completed the scheduled repairs. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Would use them again in the future.

These guys were lifesavers. 7:15 PM discovered a big clog that shut down our master bath and kitchen. Had guests coming and couldn’t wait to get it fixed. Sent a message through Thumbtack and Harrison called me within five minutes. After explaining my dilemma, Will arrived within an hour. He worked hard to get the drain unclogged and had us up and running quickly. Their responsiveness saved me all kinds of hassles and pricing, especially for an after hours call, was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Very helpful. I came in ready to buy whole new parts, and they spent time looking at my problem and then recommend trying a very simple fix that ended up costing $1.08. Their time was worth more than that.

I haven't done the fix yet to know if it will solve the leak, though I think it will, and they weren't 100% sure either since they could only see the part I brought not the full unit, but either way their honesty and genuine helpfulness will have me back, when I have plumbing needs.

I'm not in Litt's often, gratefully since that indicates I need to solve a water problem, but when I have, have always had this same quality service.

I hired Dan the owner to put new vanity in the bathroom and move the pipes in the wall. First, he didn’t get quote to me. Then he wouldn’t show or came hours late. He never finished the job. He won’t answer our calls. He took payment when was half way done and the he never came back.

We had a leak at the main water valve in our house so we called Shaker Heights Plumbing. We had to shut the water off so we needed someone out right away. Their plumber arrived quickly, he was professional, and he fixed it on the spot. He also charged us a really great price. We would definitely recommend them.

My kitchen sink drain decided to clog on a Sunday and Roto-Rooter was the only one in the area available to come out that day. In just over an hour from calling, they arrived and unclogged the drain for me. The plumber was friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. The service isn't cheap, but if you end up in a bind, they'll be there!
