Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn't even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn't know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.

Our Bidet needed to be replaced, We called those people and instead of replacing the bidet, The Technician said I can't do it and charged us money just for coming, Please stay away from this company at all costs they just want your money and they don't want to help you. If you want a plumber call someone else. We will not be bringing those crooks back. You don't deserve money if you can't help the customer out.

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

Shaker Heights Plumbing came out to hook up our new dishwasher, and the water line for our new refrigerator. They arrived when they said they would, and their plumber was very courteous, and professional. Their service was a very affordable price as well. I would recommend using this company.
