Was going to try this place for the first time since they had decent reviews and their website stated outstanding customer service 24/7.
Called on Saturday and no one can come until Tuesday? Not the 24/7 then.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

My mother lives with me. She has cancer. This company responded with same day service for my overflowing toilet. They augerred but informed me I needed a new toilet. They went and bought the toilet( 16 inch disability) . The 1st one was broken. They went and got another one and installed it right away. I cannot thank them enough.

The crew was great!!!! They came on time and met with me, told me what they were going to do. They kept me updated during the entire process from turning off gas to the house, installing new gas line for the pool heater. They even painted the new gas line. After work was done, I was walked around to inspect the work and show me the new valve shut off. I would highly recommend! Plumbing Tech!

I called in the morning about a leaky valve on my toilet and I received a call back within an hour. They said they could either come out later in the day or no later than the following day. I had a leak in my bathroom, and I couldnt find out where it was from. I called the emergency Cleveland Plumber, even though I am in Lakewood, and they came out within an hour. The technician found my leak behind the shower and managed to fix it with a few gaskets he had in his truck. Instead of a few thousand dollards of repairs, it was a much better price. He also serviced my water heater so it would last through the winter.

They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumbing service in Clevelnad.
