I have used this company twice now and I will forsure be using them for all of my future needs. They scheduling dept is very responsive. They got me in quickly both times. I was able to get a next day appointment. We requested Shane to return today as we really liked him the 1st time he came. We were not disappointed this time around either. He is personable, on time, and works efficiently. We have not had very good luck with other companies in the past and it is a great feeling to know who to call when things go wrong.

We had an emergency plumbing issue with our stack. They were super responsive, and the only company that contacted us back out of five! The work was done quickly and we were back to being able to use our plumbing that day.

STOP! Do not call unless you are willing to pay $1000 (Labor Only) to get a garbage disposal installed! Or maybe they will just not find time to call you back after giving you such and outrageous quote to justify. Mind boggling.

Northeast plumbing is re-plumbing my bathroom to make it safe and easy to use for my disabled grandmother. They gave me a fantastic quote compared to other companies and knowing this was time sensitive they started work right away. Tim and Ryan are very professional and have no issues answering my questions. I highly recommend Approved Plumbing Co. I recently had them install a new water tank and upgrade the plumbing for it to code. Russ and Michael did an excellent job. They were professional and polite the entire time they were in my home. They were helpful in answering all my question. Laura was an asset in getting the appointment initiated and the technicians to my house. I will absolutely call on them again.

Once accepted, started the next day and completed major excavation, repair of sewage and storm sewer lines in one and a half days. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing!!!! Roto-Rooter charged me $465.00 and didn’t fix my issue. They tried to upsell an necessary project with a quote of almost $5000.00. Shawn was recommended by my neighbor, I was still in the same position after spending $465.00. Roto-Rooter claimed I needed excavation with a hefty cost mentioned above. He came out and fixed my issue for $350.00! Amazing and honest! I highly recommend him! Thank you so much!!!

Mario was so polite and efficient! After explaining my situation he pinpointed the problem, gave me a quote, which I thought was reasonable and got right to work...within 15 min my drain was clear! He even advised me on yearly maintenance to keep my older pipes clear!
