Very prompt response when I contacted him about an issue with my shower. Were moving in this upcoming weekend and he was more than happy to fit me in even on short notice. Very honest and down to earth. Was a bit of a pain to get the faucet fixed but he got it done in great time and very a VERY reasonable price. We had a leak at the main water valve in our house so we called Shaker Heights Plumbing. We had to shut the water off so we needed someone out right away. Their plumber arrived quickly, he was professional, and he fixed it on the spot. He also charged us a really great price. We would definitely recommend them.

Steven came out to clear my sink drain. He ran snake through the 30 foot plus long pipe a couple times and then reassessed when it still didn't clear it. After looking at the drain plumbing in the basement he removed the problem pipe and the excessive 90 degree fittings and replaced it. Then he flushed the whole line and it works better than ever. Excellent work for a fair price.

We had a water service line leak on our property and had received notice from the city to get it repaired within 10 days. Paul, the owner, was incredibly helpful even before we hired VIP Plumbing, and he asked several questions to help him gauge the work to be done and anticipate the city's needs re: permits and inspection, even before the crew came out to perform an estimate. The crew was professional and friendly, and they did a great job with the installation of a new line - keeping as much of the sidewalk and driveway intact as possible to avoid extra costs on our end. They worked a very long day and brought in extra team members so that we didn't have to go overnight without water. We highly recommend VIP Plumbing!

Greg was wonderful with help our family out with multiple plumbing issues in the home. He was extremely friendly, explained in detail what he was doing and why, did the service in a timely manner and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know he was there. If we ever have another issue, we will call back and ask for Greg by name.
