Five Star Plumbing and Heating is great! I called to schedule an installation and removal of a dishwasher, got an appointment right away. Kamran is very professional and does a wonderful job. He removed the old dishwasher and even placed it on the curb for me. He was able to replace the old with the new in just a little under an hour. He gave me a great price, will definitely give Five Star a call for all my plumbing needs.

Dennis came out and fixed some major backup we were having with our plumbing. He's always been efficient and professional whenever we've needed work done. Definitely recommend.

We had some issues arise with our sewer line after purchasing a home and Dan helped us figure out the issue every step of the way. He communicated great about what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest about everything. He did a larger job for us in a short amount of time and made sure to fit us into his schedule. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will continue to use him for all of our needs going forward. Great service!!

When David arrived he was very professional and kind given the circumstances of the pandemic and our actual plumbing problem. He also addressed another plumbing issue that we hadn’t included in the original call which was very helpful. He also addressed any questions we had at any point in the visit and made everything very easy to understand. I would highly recommend their services.

Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

Mike was excellent. Super easy going and very knowledgeable. He worked extremely hard to fix my problem (which he was successful) and even scheduled a follow up to show where I may have problems in the future. 10/10 recommend.

Prompt and responsive!

Very helpful. I came in ready to buy whole new parts, and they spent time looking at my problem and then recommend trying a very simple fix that ended up costing $1.08. Their time was worth more than that.

I haven't done the fix yet to know if it will solve the leak, though I think it will, and they weren't 100% sure either since they could only see the part I brought not the full unit, but either way their honesty and genuine helpfulness will have me back, when I have plumbing needs.

I'm not in Litt's often, gratefully since that indicates I need to solve a water problem, but when I have, have always had this same quality service.

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

Daniel was truly wonderful to work with and is now going to be my go to any time I need a plumber! After getting jerked around by a big plumbing company for a week on quotes and schedules, I called Daniel. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was honest, affordable, super helpful and honestly really kind. Couldn't ask for more. 10 out of 10!

We had a leak at the main water valve in our house so we called Shaker Heights Plumbing. We had to shut the water off so we needed someone out right away. Their plumber arrived quickly, he was professional, and he fixed it on the spot. He also charged us a really great price. We would definitely recommend them.
