Kamran is an excellent plumber who does great work for an honest price. He is courteous, thorough and convenient. I have used him multiple times from simple repairs (faucets and clogged drains) to the installation of an entire bathroom, including tiling and flooring!! I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating and will continue to be a life-long customer!

Plumber came on a Monday. Said a part needed to be ordered. Said he would be in contact. Never heard back. Called office. Receptionist said they would contact him and have him call. Still nothing. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. Of course I went somewhere else and it was fixed same day. Only needed a new faucet.

I purchased an under the counter reverse osmosis water filtration system for my kitchen sink and thought it would be simple enough to install on my own. The fittings started leaking after only 3 days and I was afraid of breaking something if I tried to tighten them more. I called Strongsville Plumbing Company based on their good reviews and they sent a plumber out to our house that day. He was able to install the water filter properly with some better quality plumbing hardware and it's been more than two weeks now and it hasn't leaked so I am happy with the repairs. I would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

I was very happy with the job that Dan did at our home. I found him to be very professional, courteous and efficient. He called me 40 minutes before he was arriving and updated me throughout his work on when he needed to turn off the water, gas etc. As a professional, he still was able to talk to me at my level so I could understand exactly what needed to be done. He even cleaned up after himself and left my house looking better than it did when he arrived! I would definitely recommend Dan and will use him again. - Dorene E.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

Al hornyak is very unprofessional,and all the units in that property is infested with roaches and bed bugs do not rent from this guy he is the TRUE DEFINITION OF SLUM LANDLORD
