Worst company don't bother they lie I had three people tell me I didn't need to up grade my electricl for central air unit they wanted to they wanted to change my whole meter outside when its not needed they want to charge me over 7 thousand when everyone else was under 4 would never recommend or call them again

Five Star Plumbing and Heating is great! I called to schedule an installation and removal of a dishwasher, got an appointment right away. Kamran is very professional and does a wonderful job. He removed the old dishwasher and even placed it on the curb for me. He was able to replace the old with the new in just a little under an hour. He gave me a great price, will definitely give Five Star a call for all my plumbing needs.

This is my third experience working with Smylie One, and the first time at a new-to-me (but VERY old) house that needed a replacement furnace and A/C system installed - a big job! From the quoting process, to cleaning up after install, to the fine details of walking me through how to change the filters on the new furnace, every person I came into contact with was responsive, professional, and friendly. My dogs liked them, and they're the best judge of character out there!

The completed work was thorough and detail-oriented, and I feel that I received excellent products, installation and service for a very fair price.

came out same day I called and was able to replace sump pump. Adam was very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. did not mind me asking lots of questions and watching him (not that I felt I needed to, but because I like to learn about these things). Truly 911 type service (for plumbing). would use again.

Best plumbers in town!

i hired invisible excavations to jet out my daughters down spout lines in University Heights, they came out charged me $900.00 and left, no follow up! i called days later and asked if everything was clear , ( i had a concrete guy waiting to pour patio & sidewalk) first response was , yes pour the concrete! then i received a phone call from them saying, hold off there is a problem with one of the lines!
that's the last that i have heard from them! i have made 3 calls back, and no return follow ups from them! as of today (4-24-2020), the concrete is on hold!
i am looking for a contractor to come & get the job done!

I am actually writing this review for my mother-in-law who lives in Strongsville. We bought her a new dishwasher, and she needed it installed, so we called Strongsville Plumbing after getting a referral from her neighbor. They came out right away, and installed it rather quickly. Their plumber was very professional, and he even gave my mother-in-law a senior discount on top of his already great price. Dealing with this plumbing company was a very pleasant experience, and she was extremely happy. We would definitely recommend using them.

Dan from 1st Choice Plumbing and Drain was recommended to us by a friend. He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He completed our job in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. Dan went over everything when the job was done, and made sure we understood the work he performed. We will definitely use 1st Choice Plumbing in the future.

Horrible customer service

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

Al hornyak is very unprofessional,and all the units in that property is infested with roaches and bed bugs do not rent from this guy he is the TRUE DEFINITION OF SLUM LANDLORD
