The service was fine but charging $500 to install a dishwasher is crazy. They will not give you a quote prior to showing up at your house. Lowes or Home Depot charge one third of this. Will never use or recommend them again.

Mayer plumbing did some work at the house, I asked the tech the cost of installing a faucet and garbage disposal, he quoted me $149. for each. Another tech came out for the installation....quoted me $199 each. I explained that the previous tech quoted me $149 and it was on the invoice. He called the office and verified it. Then he comes back with to install the sink mounting flange for the disposal it would be another $50. It's only $149 if it's changed disposal for disposal. Now that's ridiculous, disposals are rarely changed with exactly the same model. Beyond that the assembly to install was included with the disposal. So, I agreed as this was being done for an elderly family member and I was not present. However, I called Mayer to speak with someone regarding this apparent bait and switch and my call was not returned...With so many elderly people in Parma be careful what you agree to.

I am new to the Ohio area and have never owned a house with a septic system before. I have called them several times over the past few weeks with questions and problems.
Every time I have called they are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. DJ was able to walk me through my problem and advise me what to do over the phone. If I ever have an issue I am unable to handle myself I will definitely contact them.

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They sent a trainee and only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

I had a Toilet filler valve go bad on our upstairs toilet. I called Approved Plumbing and arranged for a service call the next day. In the meantime, their was a cancellation and they were able to come the same day. Russ the technician came explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. After I approved he did the work and explained what I needed to watch for in the future. Thanks to Sharon who took my call and to Russ for fixing the problem so promptly.

Welll.. I called them. They set a time. I called them again less then an hour before they were supposed to arrive to my house. I already went out of work to meet with them. Only then, he told me that they won't be able to come that day. After few hours he called again (when was driving kids around) and told me that he can come... seriously??

The original waste pipe to the septic tank shifted making our one toilet unusable. Bill S. came on Sunday & cleared the line so we could use it. He & his excavation crew were up & running before 9 a.m. Bill actually arrived before 8:30 to get set up. The job was completed before 3 p.m. The basement was clean. The excavation site tidy without torn up grass. We are extremely satisfied & won't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter if we need to in the future. Bill especially is friendly, respectful & very professional. Thanks so much for a great job!

As a working mother my time is limited. Punctuality and efficiency is a must. The pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink needed replaced. Other plumbers had came out prior to Matthew and made the job sound difficult and expensive, stating they would have to cut a hole in the wall within the adjacent room to access the pipe. Not only did Matthew not have to cut any holes in the walls, he had the job done within 15 minutes. I was able to get back to work earlier than anticipated and haven't had an issue with that pipe since. Very professional and takes in consideration his clients needs.
