Had a hot water heater break on a Friday, or at least that is when I found it. Called Roto-Rooter that evening and they had someone out the next day at 8 AM. The service/installation tech was awesome and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Did a great job and and ill be requesting him specifically for any future work. I called at 4:30 am and got an appointment for that day. Then I got an conformation call @ 8:00 am saying the repairman will arrive in 45 minutes. Once Bill 811 arrived (on time), he was kind, hard working and efficient. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

Josh was great. He fixed two toilets in our very old Shaker house. He came on time. Diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly and at a reasonable price. And was really nice and friendly two.
