I would really give them 4-5 stars . They are professional and did a good job . however after asking around it looks that they overcharge me. They charged me 360$ for half an hour of installing a faucet . if they gave you estemat and don’t agree they will charge 55$. i would recommand them if you don't care about cost that much

I was impressed with the technicians' desire that I go for the best solution for my issue. I am glad that I listened to his advice. I have a system now that is efficient and up to 80% quieter than the old system that was in place.He got me engaged with him in the testing of the system (running water and flushing the toilet). Again, I was amazed at how much quieter the system is. It was worth the investment in the top of the line equipment.Reggie Rodman

Jason did a great job, great service standards, will definitely use Neptune Plumbing for all our plumbing services. Service staff was very helpful and understanding. Jake was our serviceman and he did an amazing job. When all hope seemed lost he found another access point and within minutes our bathtub was draining. Jake humored my children and their questions was extremely knowledgeable and wouldn't give up. I will not only use Roto Rooter for all my plumbing issues, but will be requesting Jake specifically.

Josh has been fantastic to work with. Where 3+ other plumbing crews assessed our situation and recommended a total replacement of the appliance, Josh was able to recognize the cause of the issue and make the fix within an hour, saving us hundreds of dollars. He's very accessible, and has shown a willingness to go beyond just fixing the problem. He wants to make sure it doesn't happen again. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted C & S Plumbing after locating them online for my new commercial space in Parma. They were extremely professional and responsive. This type of company is hard to come by and I am so glad I was able to have them work on my space. The work was done with incredible care and without business disruption—everything was also cleaned up and left spotless after the project. The best thing I can say about C & S Plumbing is that I trust them and will definitely work with this company again. Highly recommend!

Incredibly professional. Timely. There was an issue and the manager came with his son that same night to fix the problem. What couldn't be fixed that night was done well enough to last for the rest of the night and was fixed first thing the next morning. Ike was great. Everyone from start to finish was wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Had our clay pipes replaced from the house to the sidewalk approximately 6-7 years ago. In Spring 2020, our mainline backed up again. I called them to repair and the technician told us we were out of warranty (work done over five years ago) and it was going to cost us the full price to repair. I was unhappy with this, so I got in touch with Jason, who offered to work with us on the pricing since the repair failed. While working things out with Jason, I found my original paperwork, which demonstrated the work had a 10 year warranty. After being provided with this information, Jason honored the warranty and completed the repairs for free. We added some additional work to be done at the time and the price was competitive. They showed up on the date scheduled and on time.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sal today when he was here to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. He was very professional and personable. He pinpointed the problem quickly, recommended the repair, verified he had the parts to fix, quoted the job, and completed the repair with no problem. We’ve always had very good technicians when we’ve needed Pompeii’s services. This is why we’ve continued to use their services for all our plumbing needs.

We switched to another plumbing company after Denise left. From no-shows appointments to over-priced plumbers, their service is really in the crapper. Do not recommend.

We’ve been super happy with My Guys! We used them when we had to replace our furnace a few years ago, and are returning to install central air in our house (my next door neighbor recommended them since we were new to the area!). Jerry is really knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. His crew was really professional and polite too. Would definitely recommend!
