I initially called WyattWorks regarding a slow leak coming into my basement. They were flexible with me to make an initial appointment to have a technician come out and assess any plumbing issues I was having that I wanted to take care of. Jamal was very knowledgeable about my issues from what he could see initially, and was helpful when recommending which problems I should take care of immediately, and which could wait a bit. I was able to schedule him to come back 2 days later, again, flexible with my schedule, to complete the work I had chosen to do. He kept me updated throughout the day, and his partners Ricky and Pete were very helpful also. Some extra odds and ends came up during the day that weren’t originally quoted, but Jamal was able to take care of them, with no additional charge to my original quote. I will definitely be calling WyattWorks again when I am ready to get some more plumbing projects done. Thanks again!

Chris and his crew have helped us with our plumbing problems over the past four years and have always done great work. His prices are fair and he and his workers are prompt and professional.

Initially, I received great service at a reasonable price. However, the plumber was inconsistent - we scheduled for three days in a row; the first two were canceled due to emergencies so I was understanding, but the third day I waited an hour for the plumber to end up being a no call no show. This is after the plumber had confirmed the appointment the morning of and was aware that my problem escalated to a flood in my basement. I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience.

We've hired Mayer for a variety of services, and they've been wonderful. They're knowledgeable, honest, and do excellent work! I've had sewer line repair, gas line repair, reverse flow preventer valve installation, tankless water heater service, HVAC service, fixture installations, and I'm sure some other things I'm forgetting. They do it all, professionally, honestly, and stand by their work. Their pricing is reasonable, and they always have some advice on how to save a few bucks. If you're in Parma, get that valve put in and use these guys!

Timely, thorough, and not at all condescending. We had an entire heater replacement and the techs were kind, professional, and respected our home.

Problem with the newly installed heat pump/ac unit tripping the breaker. Costly fix that was not part of the warranty. The response was quick on Sunday evening and returned on Monday morning. Replaced the breaker, but still having difficulty keeping constant heating regulated. Text back, now waiting for a response.
