I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, Kamran was on time & extremely pleasant to work with. This was also one of the few plumbers that was willing to give a free quote. His pricing was extremely fair & he charged about half of what I was quoted from other companies. So if you want honest, fair & reliable - call Kamran.

Editing to add - Unfortunately I had another plumbing issue (unrelated to our last repair....being a home owner is so fun) & Kamran was there to save the day. He had me scheduled within 24 hours & the problem serviced/repaired within 48 hours. Did I mention how reasonable his pricing is, too? He works quickly & efficiently & even cleans up too! And this may be a small detail that others don't care about, but when I texted him about my issue, he remembered who I was and referred to me by name. Just that little personal touch goes a long way. Joe and Josh came out to our home to look at an issue with our sump pump. They were both great and extremely helpful and kind during the visit. I’d highly recommend them Killeen and both Joe and Josh!

We had a new dishwasher installed by a large wholesaler and almost from the beginning it wasn't draining properly. We had the installers back but they didn't solve the problem.
Dustin managed to troubleshoot the issue and within 30 minutes the dishwasher was operating properly.
We have used Neptune on several occasions both personally and commercially and we find them to be a top notch service; on time, reasonably priced, with quality workmanship. We highly recommend their service.

CLE Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. They removed an antiquated shower system, installed a new shower system and dealt with all the unexpected issues that arise in old homes...
They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate.
Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.

Ron was out this morning to service our back flow valve and was great. Very professional and courteous. He worked quick and went above and beyond by checking and ensuring there wasn't a larger issue such as a blockage in our sewer line.
