If they can make the fix upon first visit, they will. Which is awesome. Prices are fair and they are honest with diagnoses. Mike the owner seems like a standup guy, we don’t have to be sketched out having him in our house like we have with other companies in the past. I highly recommend this company

These guys were lifesavers. 7:15 PM discovered a big clog that shut down our master bath and kitchen. Had guests coming and couldn’t wait to get it fixed. Sent a message through Thumbtack and Harrison called me within five minutes. After explaining my dilemma, Will arrived within an hour. He worked hard to get the drain unclogged and had us up and running quickly. Their responsiveness saved me all kinds of hassles and pricing, especially for an after hours call, was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
