My grandmother needed a plumber to replace a shut off valve in her house. Not knowing who to call, she turned to me to find a reliable person. Reading all of the reviews for Kamran made the choice easy. He definitely surpassed expectations! He made an appointment for the next day and was honest with his quote. Toilet was clogged. Ricky came on time and did a very detailed root cause analysis, always been transparent about his assessment and findings. Ricky was also very skilled and he followed COVID protocol. At the end, the toilet had to be replaced and this work was done with high degree of professionalism - clean and very accurate. I give two stars instead of one because the tech that came out was great. I have a sanitary drain in the basement floor that likely needs replaced as it has either collapsed or has a significant clog. The drain needed to be scoped with a video snake to confirm the work that needs to be done, which is totally fine and understandable. The tech came out and did just that and let me know the drain needs replaced. I was told that I would get a call with a formal quote.

Never got a call, after a few days I called them, never heard back. Called again a few days later, was told I would be contacted that evening, never heard back. All I got was a text with somebody's name. Texted and called that number, never heard back. Several days later, I got a text asking what this was in regards to as if I hadn't followed up a half dozen times - at that point I said don't bother.

I never leave reviews, and normally I would brush this off, but they charged me for the scope and then just blew me off.

First interaction was May 18th, I tried to work with them up until June 4th before throwing in the towel.

The only thing that was done promptly was them cashing my $300 check for the video scope.

This is the second time in about 4 months that I've had Killeen plumbing out for repairs on our home. Since it's an older home, we have random things crop up with the plumbing occasionally. Their service is fast and professional. Their customer service staff is responsive and helpful in getting a technician out quickly. We've been especially impressed with one of their technicians - Joe. We had a pretty significant issue with our sanitary sewer line and we were anxious to get it resolved before our extended family came in to visit for the holidays. Joe showed up right on time and jumped right into the repairs with confidence. He and Andrew worked hard to overcome a couple of challenges along the way, but through persistence, got our systems working again. Joe’s enthusiasm and generally great attitude are the main reasons that I’ll call Killeen any time I have a plumbing issue.

I had a clogged drain pipe between my sink and the main stack in my home. To make it more fun, it occurred on a Saturday night when I was grilling out. They were able to come out the next day (Sunday) and didn't charge me for an emergency call or Sunday call. They fixed the clog and were able to re-pipe my sink which had been previously outfitted in a less-than-professional manner (which caused the issue in the first place). They made the repairs quickly and the total bill was far below what I would have paid to a local plumbing company. The team was extremely professional. They wore masks, had coverings on their boots, and laid down tarps to prevent any messes. They kept me informed throughout the repairs. Their work ethic and quality of work were top notch. They also were highly responsive to text messages. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!!!

Called to get a quote for a burst pipe in my basement. Was told they don't quote repair work. They charge hourly $189/hour and 1 hour minimum. I asked if I was supposed to have them come start a job having no idea how much the cost was going to be and his response was, I am sorry for you being irritated. Will be looking elsewhere.
