Was going to try this place for the first time since they had decent reviews and their website stated outstanding customer service 24/7.
Called on Saturday and no one can come until Tuesday? Not the 24/7 then.

Dan did an outstanding job with our plumbing project. Everything (hot water tank, shut off valves, water pressure reducing valve, duct work, gas lines and gas line valves) was installed professionally, and according to code. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing for peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right and you will not be taken advantage of. Dan answered all of my questions along the way, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire project.

I had an emergency in a rental property, they came out within 1 day and gave me a professional quote. He took his time explaining the problem and answered my multitude of questions. My husband was installing, for the first time, a new Tub/Shower in one of our bathrooms, but when it comes to plumbing - call the guy. So, I called Action Plumbing to do the plumbing rework for a new Tub/Shower. Steve, the Plumber & his associate were professional, on time, honest, careful about tracking in the dirt (using their booties) & very nice! They did a great job and were so helpful to my husband in his next steps at continuing to do the install. A couple days later we had a small glitch when putting in the wall with the faucets, so we called Steve. He was out the next business day and helped us out again!
