My furnace stopped working on New Year's Eve and family had just driven into Cleveland from out of state. Thank goodness for HJack's. They arrived within an hour of my calling and got the heat running in 30 minutes. Thanks to HJack's, our 2016 has been warm and toasty!

Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors.
