Best Clean Up in Cleveland OH

Had a clogged drain and there was nothing we could do ourselves to clear it. We've used H Jacks before with good results so thought we'd call again. Called at 9 am and they said they'd be there between 1 and 3. Arrived at 1:20 and had the problem fixed in less than half an hour. Quick, easy and affordable!

Adam Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He had my old water heater out and the new one up and running in no time. I highly recommend him and Plummer 911 for you Plumbing needs.

We had some issues arise with our sewer line after purchasing a home and Dan helped us figure out the issue every step of the way. He communicated great about what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest about everything. He did a larger job for us in a short amount of time and made sure to fit us into his schedule. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will continue to use him for all of our needs going forward. Great service!!

I’ve liked the work done in the past by Wyatt works. If you want to schedule them to arrive at your house, you essentially need a stay-at-home spouse or work from home. They provide a 2 day window in when the plumber or technician will arrive. That’s no guarantee that the technician will reach you in the 2 day window.

Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

For starters the guy that came to check my hot water tank set in the truck for about 20mins before getting out!! #2 I had to reach out to them to keep asking what’s going on with the service!! Someone suppose to called me back about 3 weeks for me to pay them for the hot water tank I haven’t received a call a text or email I think it’s so unprofessional of them I still don’t have hot water it’s now march this been going on since January yes January ahs reached out to them and no response maybe other people had good experience with them I didn’t I would not recommend them to my family or friends!! I had to get another company..The unprofessional part and the non communication is really something they need to work on..

Sewer stack clean out install.

We have been customers for more than 20 years. Previously always pleased with their services. Until yesterday. After waiting weeks for a tech to check our AC, he walked into the house and immediately handed me a flyer advertising a dehumidifier, a booster for the ac compressor and a system to filter the air in our home. After checking out our ac system, he then later sent a list of recommendation which, unsurprisingly listed the same items contained on the earlier flyer. The cost of his recommendations exceeded $6000. What a scam!!! Don’t know if Gorjanc reserved this treatment for senior citizens or not. Sad to see a once decent company descend into a con!!

Needed faucet replaced, disposal removed and new pipes with shutoffs. They did a terrific job! Called to let me know repairman was on the way. Repairs were done very professionally. Very clean and very respectful of my house, kitchen. Just a very excellent experience. Would definitely use them again.
