sewage backing up Into basement. HJack's plumber came within a couple hours and went to work on the clog. Tough nasty job but they completed it with courtesy, professionalism and a welcome dose of plain niceness.

Amazing plumber, he came and fixed a problem and I had a second problem afterwards. He came back without hesitation and completed the job as soon as possible. Very polite and curtious! There’s a reason he’s always busy :)

Kyle was amazing and on time. He fixed the issue in no time. I thought I was going to hate my experience because they gave me a window of arrival 12-4 and I received a called at almost 9pm stating they had to reschedule. They gave me a 10% discount but the service was still pricey but overall I really like Kyle and his honesty.

Our furnace was making loud noises and hadnt been replaced in almost 20 years. Since we had good prompt service from H Jacks before we called. They were able to come that day, provide us estimates, and then replace the furnace in matter of hours.

Customer service is great! Scheduling and communication was very quick and easy. We had several commercial fixtures that were broke around our facility. Our tech Alex found the issues, recommended needed repairs and had us back up and running leak free fast! Would recommend, very professional, good price considering the very high quality workmanship, did not cut any corners. A++

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

Mike Bemer & his apprentice were personable, very competent, showed up on time and very willing to answer questions - that they were not being paid for. Installation and repair took less time than predicted and came in at 2/3 their estimated cost. Bemer is a family firm we have used previously - eight years ago. They still do excellent work.

Romito Plumbing determined the source of a leak behind my washing machine that was flowing into the basement. He was able to fix the leak without cutting into the walls or pipes. Very responsive to calls/texts and flexible for emergencies.
