Best Bathtub Repair in Cleveland OH

Did a satisfactory job on a Sunday service. I'm not particularly fond of paying a diagnostic fee of 89.99 for a condition I already had diagnosed. The gentleman was at my home within an hour and a half of calling. Expect and large bill for a simple snake job. 349 for what I got is a big bill.

This guys are honest, knowledgeable and courteous. They know their job, small or big. Did a great job installing my new 1.28 L toilet.. He got a customer for life. I'm 66 yrs old and hate negotiating or being cheated. Kamran is honest and professional.

They stand behind their warranty 100% without having to jump through any hoops. Replaced our broken water heater that failed within their 6 year warranty. Very simple. Call, schedule appt., look at tank, replaced within a few hours the same day! They keep the records no need to dig up a receipt. Very clean, wear shoe covers, put down tarp and cleaned up.When this tank goes we will for sure buy another from Wyatt works plumbing. Jamal was friendly and had good communication. We contracted Killeen to do the plumbing rough in and plumbing finishes for a master bathroom addition. Even though the project was complex given our house didn't original have a master bath Anthony executed the plumbing work with care and professionalism. Anthony did a awesome job during this entire project.

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

Giovanni Romito is a real find. He’s a true craftsman, really passionate about his work. His skills are the highest level, something you rarely see anymore. A young guy, he’s acquired a vast store of knowledge by working with both his grandfather and father. For us, he replaced kitchen gas cooktop, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher, and replaced the bathroom toilet. He also installed a new, second laundry room sink from scratch, following our wishes exactly. He is a must hire!
