Our water heater broke yesterday. I called Killeen at noon and they sent a plumber out by 2:30. Pete installed a new water heater, made modifications to meet city requirements and cleaned up, all within 3 hours. He was experienced and did a fantastic job in a very tight space.
Pete was also very good about explaining things to us.

I had a leak in my bathroom, and I couldnt find out where it was from. I called the emergency Cleveland Plumber, even though I am in Lakewood, and they came out within an hour. The technician found my leak behind the shower and managed to fix it with a few gaskets he had in his truck. Instead of a few thousand dollards of repairs, it was a much better price. He also serviced my water heater so it would last through the winter.

We needed to have a sump pump installed do to basement flooding. Nick came out and honestly felt like part of the family helping out, very professional, caring, work is impeccable, and I know our dog Wally will miss his BFF. Plunger Plumber will be our go to plumbers going forward.
