Best Basement Bathroom in Cleveland OH

I had HJacks out to my house today for my furnace that had a bad inducer motor. They told me the price to fix it was $963. I checked and the part was available for anywhere from $279 to $385 (my price, not what they would actually pay for the part). I said no thank you that I would fix it myself. They charged me an $89 service fee just to come out. I bought the part from a nearby HVAC store and replaced it myself in less than 30 minutes. saving myself $500.
I understand they are a business and need to make money but I feel that them making what would have been a $750 profit for a job that I as a homeowner was able to finish in 30 minutes is an uncalled for ripoff

This company went to my mother's house and cut MULTIPLE holes in her ceiling. After figuring out the toilet drain(hole #1) wasnt tub drain, The kid then proceeded cut another access hole to repair a leak in the tub that took him over 10 hours to do(max two hour job). The repaired trap is now protruding out of the hole #2 and hanging lower than the ceiling line. THEY do not stand behind their work and from the looks of these people they look like they use to stand behind bars!stay away

Dave came out to a leaky water heater at our home. Very nice and informative. I was a bit shocked at the amount did not cover but then found out a Tankless water heater was our best option. He did a clean job and knew the product well. I was very happy with the finished product. I have referred them a few times and will use them again .

We had a master bathroom tore down and completely remodeled as well as had a new water heater installed. Big Bear did a fantastic job.

We needed the gas supply to the stove capped and Jack's was able to come the day I called them. They were very courteous and explained the process to me. They finished quickly. I was delighted. I have used them before and I will be using them again.
