The company was very communicative throughout the process. Both field reps were very nice and helpful. They were really knowledgeable around the issues we were having and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I had the main line jetted and their use of the camera kept me involved every step of the way (GPS location helped mark cracks, junctions, breaks, etc). I would have this particular crew back for any added work in the future! The price seemed reasonable given what we have experienced with their competitors and I was able to use a coupon from their site. It was the first time using WW and I will be bringing them back for more work, but will also pay attention to estimates/pricing too (the reason I dumped Rotorooter). Kudos WW, you may have won all our future business.

I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and they were to install it upon delivery. They weren't able to do the installation because of the type of plumbing I have (Pex with compression fittings). Home Depot had two separate installation teams come out (there were supposed to be 3, but the 2nd team never showed, so a 3rd had to come!) They finally sent Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical to do the installation.
Kaley (I hope I spelled that right lol) contacted me to schedule and the soonest was a week out. I told her what had been going on, mind you original installation was to be Thursday and that team couldn't do it. It was then rescheduled for Saturday, that team never showed up! It was then scheduled for Monday, and to my extreme dismay, that team explained they aren't able to work on that type plumbing! Kaley was super sweet and understanding and assured if there were any cancelations etc she would contact me asap. I was so surprised when she called the following morning and said there was an opening Friday morning! She scheduled me in and assured me they would take care of me.
Tim (TT) was who showed up and he was amazing! He was very nice and so well prepared and organized. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough and I mean very thorough! He made some conversions to make things easier for me moving forward should anything happen. He even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I was extremely impressed with him and could not have asked for a better experience!

This past Saturday my husband and I had a sewage back up in our basement. There wasn't much water, but we wanted to address the problem immediately. We called Mayer Plumbing. After giving us a two hour window to arrive, they came 40 minutes past the timeframe. When they arrived they briefly assessed the problem externally and quoted us $475 to fix the back up and an additional $89 for an emergency call. My family suggested I challenge the price since it was high, but my husband I decided to let it be. When they completed the work they told us it was fixed for now, but that we would have a back up again in three to four months. They said the major backup was past the property line and we should call the city to resolve the problem. Either way, I thought this seemed off since we have been in our home for two years and haven't had a single backup.

The following Monday we called the city to have them assess the problem. In my city, the homeowner is responsible for everything up until the main. They suggested I call Mayer Plumbing back and request they come out and complete the job. Not to mention, the city also felt we were overcharged originally. When I called back, I was told a portion of the pipe needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1,000s. I called the city back and they questioned this response and decided to investigate the pipes with a camera the following day. The city found that Mayer had only carved out about 25% of the roots blocking the sewage line (pictures below). They said they could easily get most of the blockage out if they came back and that I didn't necessarily need to replace the pipe right now. Fortunately, our city service workers were kind enough to call Mayer themselves and suggest they finish the job. Mayer came out and cleared out the pipe (at no additional cost). We had a family member come out and ensure the job was done right.

As a young, female homeowner, I feel taken advantage of. If the job was done right the first time, I could have saved myself the headache of calling the city and Mayer multiple times to try to have this resolved. I also felt the job was done half-heartedly in hopes we would have another backup so they could have more work down the line. I do not plan on using them in the future.

We needed the gas supply to the stove capped and Jack's was able to come the day I called them. They were very courteous and explained the process to me. They finished quickly. I was delighted. I have used them before and I will be using them again.

The response to my call was immediate. I explained my problem and they were able to save me thousands of dollars, another company suggested a new furnace and NEO HVAC LLC, honestly and integrity, hard work and professional saved the day for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Our technician, Josh Levy, was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He was careful to fully investigate our issue so as to make sure that his diagnosis was correct. He was able to fix the problem quickly and inexpensively. I have used Gorjanc in the past for plumbing, cooling and heating issues and feel they give me outstanding service at a fair price.
