Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Cleveland OH

H.Jacks has done a seasonal checkup on my furnace and a/c unit since they were installed in 2009. It has been such a relief to have a contractor that is dependable and informative.

I’ve liked the work done in the past by Wyatt works. If you want to schedule them to arrive at your house, you essentially need a stay-at-home spouse or work from home. They provide a 2 day window in when the plumber or technician will arrive. That’s no guarantee that the technician will reach you in the 2 day window.

Terrible Company

This is my second (and, probably not my last) review of MyGuys. Our hot water tank was, obviously, ready to go to hot water tank heaven. I called MyGuys and received a call back from Dan Streb. A technician from MyGuys. It was a Saturday and he had just gotten an emergency repair job. Dan kept us informed of his progress. He came over Sunday morning and replaced our hot water tank. Dan was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I know that when we call MyGuys again. We will definitely ask for Dan Streb to do the work we need! MyGuys, you have an awesome employee - Dan Streb! Thanks for his great work!

My AC was out and I was told by another company that it needed to be replaced -- a process that involved a sales call, supply chain delays and quite an expense. I called Gorjanc. Greg came out the same day and had the AC running in under 10 mins. Very professional, thorough and knowledgable. I'll be moving my regular maintenance and service to Gorjanc.

Take your business elsewhere! The service tech assured me they fixed the problem with my air conditioner, just to leave and charge me a boatload of money. Ten minutes after he left, the problem happened again and no one could get ahold of the tech. They dispatched the owner to have to come back to address the actual issue. Original tech was in a rush to get the job done. It was an dreadful experience. It was pulling teeth to get them to come to finish the job and charged me even more money! I don’t recommend this company. I should have listened to myself about using someone else.
The owner had to come to actually fix the problem that clearly wasn’t fixed the first time. How embarrassing. Overcharged me as well. Awful experience
