I am so grateful that the plumbing issues in my home have been resolved, and am 100% confident in the work that David did. He was so courteous, and explained the approach to fixing the problems thoroughly. I was kept informed of the process in real time and with explanations of the problems (and even pictures) in my fixer upper, which can have its own special challenges. The toilets and sink actually work now, and I know they are fixed right.David was so pleasant to work with. I really appreciate that he made the job less stressful for me.And yes, I will be calling soon for another new project. Tech came in .when asked why he was not wearing a mask, he told me that this virus was just the flu, and the numbers were made up and that washing hands lowered your resistance ( his hand were filthy). I am at high risk for dying if I get the “rona”. He did not believe in customer service and I have to believe his company does either. This company should be following state rules, not ignoring them. I got a quote for work but he will not be coming back in my home ever. He also said the mask I was wearing was only good for dust. I told him it wasn’t for me, it was for him, so I didn’t spittle on him when I talk. Idiot

Came on a weekend right away and was very polite and thorough and explained everything. My Guys has always done a great job when I call them to my house.

Gorjanc had a next day appointment available for my HVAC check up and to look into a noise. The confirmation of the appointment and update on arrival time was detailed and very helpful. The technician got a lot done, provided documentation of everything (including a follow up email with before and after photos of the cleaned and replaced elements), and asked my preference (for example did I want a sticker for the filter reminder on the unit or with me, etc). Best of all - this is my first time having central air and David was very patient about explaining things and waiting for me to write everything down and get in my follow up questions.

Very unprofessional, never gives a courtesy call-you wait and wait for service. Finally cancelled work to be done after a month of playing phone tag, this work was for a Church, let that sink in...
